What is a proof of payment?
A proof of payment is a confirmation that you’ve made an online payment (EFT).
How far back can I go to retrieve a proof of payment?
You can retrieve a proof of payment from your Banking App on all payments made in the past 6 months.
What should I do if the beneficiary hasn't received my payment?
Most local payments take up to 2 business days. In the meantime, check your transaction history to make sure the payment went to the right account.

How many beneficiaries can I pay at the same time?
Up to 10.
Can I pay multiple beneficiaries as an immediate payment?
No, immediate payments are only available when you pay a single beneficiary at a time.
