Why do I need to tell you when I'm planning to travel overseas?
So that we know it's you making the transactions. If you don't let us know, your transactions may be stopped because they're occurring somewhere unexpected.
When should I notify the bank that I'm going to be travelling overseas?
You can let us know at any stage. However, it's best to tell us before you leave so that your cards work when you reach your destination.
What if I'm travelling to more than 9 countries?
Once you've travelled to some of the countries on your itinerary, sign into the app and update the settings to list the next country names that you're going to visit.
What if the country I’m travelling to is not listed on the app?
Double-check that the country name you typed in is correct. If you still can't find it, call us on 0861 201 000 and we'll assist you to set up your card for overseas travel.

How do I switch off my international travel card activation?
Simply toggle the travel notification to OFF.
What if my travel dates change?
Simply sign into the app and go to the card which you plan to use abroad. Change the dates you selected under 'Use Card Abroad'. You'll receive a new reference number.
