Manage MyUpdates
DigiMe'd customers can manage MyUpdates on the App in a few easy steps
Step 1 of 13
To begin, go to your home screen and select More (on the bottom navigation).

Now, select your profile (on the top) to retrieve your profile information.

Next, select the Personal details menu option.
Please note:
ONLY DigiME’d customers will be able to view and edit their profile information.

On Your Profile screen, select the MyUpdates icon.
Step 5 of 13
Read the information provided to Register for MyUpdates.
Step 6 of 13
When you ready, scroll down to accept the terms and conditions and select REGISTER.

Now, select your accounts that you want to receive MyUpdates for.
Then select NEXT.

Then, select your preferred communication option:
- In-app messages (Free)
- SMS
- Email (Free)
Step 9 of 13
To receive MyUpdates via Email, simply select your preferred email address.
Then select NEXT to proceed.

To receive MyUpdates via SMS, you must select your preferred contact number.
Then select NEXT to proceed.

Now, select your preferred billing account for the SMS charges.
Then select CONFIRM.

Finally, review your details and select CONFIRM.

Back on the MyUpdates homepage, you would be able to view and manage your:
- Accounts receiving MyUpdates
- Communication preferences
- Billing account (for SMS)
When you’re ready, use the back arrow buttons in the header (top left-hand corner) to return to the home screen.
